University of Missouri Health Care (University Hospital, WCH, Ellis Fischel Cancer Center, Missouri Orthopedic Institute, and clinics), and the UMKC School of Dentistry, hereinafter referred to as UMHC, is requesting proposals for language services programs which include but not limited to limited English proficiency (LEP), sign language, video remote interpreting, over the phone interpretation, and written translation services for deaf/hard-of-hearing patient populations. This service is intended to be used when on-site interpreters are not available.
